📢 Important Update from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)

MCA has notified the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Amendment Rules, 2025 vide G.S.R. 940(E) dated 31st December, 2025.

🔹 The amended rules come into effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
